Extract clip feature

It'd be great to be able to extract self-contained clips from larger projects from within the GUI.

This would work like:

1. Select a range of frames in the seek bar
2. Go to Labels -> Extract clip
3. Select a save path
4. The images get pulled out and re-encoded into an MP4, the labeled frames get pulled out (via Labels.extract) with frame indices adjusted to match the new video, and the resulting labels get saved to an SLP file

This would make it easier to work with subsets of larger videos.

An additional option could also be to embed all the images of the clip in a PKG.SLP file for even greater portability.
