hey john, fan of your work here, trying to use the RS count data to help tenant organizers / associations identify buildings where they can organize pre-emptively. are RS counts available or easy to obtain for 2015/2016? would we need to download the most recent tax bills for properties with 6+ units and parse them? happy to help with this, let me know
