The setting evenBetterToml.schema.links seems broken

I set true for the setting tamasfe.even-better-toml but when I try to hold ctrl and hover the link, it didn't highlight and clicking doesn't direct me to the destination file. Does the feature only work on url and absolute? Mine was relative link (with ../)
