Same error. No solutions found in internet. It is very strange there is no any response from developers.

This project is dead. Ledger support states that they have no control over this wallet. Beware they have no control over the EOS app either!!!

Thanks, but how we can undelegate EOS, we will be able with another way ? Another wallet ?

If you have enough funds in EOS to justify time or money spent on it, you can update the source code or ask somebody else to do it. (I am currently too busy to help you with this, but, in principle, surely somebody else can.)

Guys, I found a solution! Managed to both stake and transfer my EOS using a wallet on bloks.io website. Logged in with my Ledger and everything worked flawlessly! As I understood, one can borrow 1 EOS there to be able to stake CPU and NET, which allows you to transfer your coins afterwards. Try this, it worked for me perfectly.

@DSPV555 Thank you for sharing this solution, I have the same issue!

Could you be so kind to write step-by-step how you've managed to do this on bloks.io?

Your help would be greatly appreciated :-) !

Step-by-step: log in with your ledger (go to bloks.io website, press "wallet" page, then click "login" in the upper right corner, unlock this wallet with your ledger) and you will instantly see you EOS coins balance. To transfer them you need some resources: stake CPU and NET, buy some RAM ( I staked 3 EOS in CPU, 3 EOS in NET and bought 2 EOS worth of RAM). Enter your account name (12 letters/digits) in a "receiver" field (send some EOS to yourself) when staking CPU & NET and buying RAM. After that simply transfer your EOS to exchange: press "transfer" in the left upper corner and enter both your EOS account address and MEMO (copy - paste them from the exchange). That's it )

@DSPV555 Thank you very much for responding and the step-by-step instructions! Very much appreciated! :-)

Can I please double check this with you:

  1. When login in with my ledger on the "wallet" page on bloks.io the following message pops up: "Status: EOS Version 1.3.1 with arbitrary data disabled", (question: is this ok?)
  2. One line below it shows "Index 0:" followed by a (public?) key, but it's not exactly the same as my public key as I have in my fairy wallet. The key doesn't start with "EOS", but with "PUB_K1" (question: shouldn't it be exactly the same?)
  3. One line below I can click on my EOS account name (12 letter/digits) ending on @Active or @owner (which one should I click on to continue?)

Did you have to change permissions at all/change the owner and/or active keys or am I just getting confused?

Thanks a lot!!!

Same error message when using Fairy Wallet. I tried Bloks.io. With Firefox it says "No Accounts found".
With Brave I can login to my account and see my balance. But when I try to unstake, I can confirm the transactions on the Ledger, but Brave seems to loose connection with the Ledger and eventually it gives an error: "Error transaction declares authority '{"actor":"MyUsername","permission":"active"}', but does not have signatures for it under a provided delay of 0 ms, provided permissions [],".

Did anyone manage to unstake with the Ledger S?

Hi! As for questions 1 & 2 - I don't remember but I did not change anything (used defaults). 3 - I selected @Active. Whatever you select, try to transfer first a very small amount of coins just to make sure everything works properly. A Process per se is not that complicated: just try selecting @Active on the bottom and don't change other defaults.

Hi, try bloks.io with Chrome. I did not try unstake, but there was no problem with staking using Chrome.

@DSPV555 Thank you very much for your reply! I will try this. I am just nervous that I will loose my EOS tokens or access to them. I suppose that transferring them from the fairy wallet to the wallet on bloks.io will require approval via the ledger right? So as long I am not asked for approval I am not at risk of losing them? I will try out transferring a small amount first. Thanks again!

No worries, you will not be required to transfer your coins from a Fairy Wallet to Bloks.io. To my best understanding, both these "wallets" are just interfaces which you are accessing your balance from (so theoretically you can use any). Therefore your EOS coins balance will be already there once you login at bloks.io with your Ledger.
