There appears no support for creating and managing with Artifactory AccessTokens implemented

Your environment

Artifactory version 6.9.1 Pro

Expected behavior

There is a similar library that has support implemented: https://github.com/atlassian/go-artifactory/blob/v2/artifactory/v1/security.go#L867

Actual behavior

no support to create, delete a Token of a user
