Nextnet Explorer outputs are unintuitive when negative #40

Describe the bug
The https://explore-nextnet.tari.com/ block outputs currently subtracts inputs from outputs which produces negative numbers that have no intuitive meaning.

For right now the explorer is being used to count coinbase outputs so either there should be a column for that or the output columns should only count them.
