Wallet Reset messaging is ambiguous

Description

The wallet reset feature offers two distinct reset options:

1. Reset all configuration settings
2. Reset all configuration settings, and generate a new wallet

1. The first option will remove all configuration, settings, node databases, logs, peer connections etc but will keep the wallet database so you retain your existing wallet address and balance.

2. The second option removes all files and config for everything in Universe.

I believe the messaging on the modal is confusing because people consider "Universe" to be "The wallet" which means the toggle for "Reset wallet" becomes at best redundant, at worst confusing.

Change the messaging or UX on this modal for users to better understand what's happening. This could involve additional messaging, or changing the way users interact with the modal.
