This is fixed in the latest v2 beta version. We can't backport the approach we used so you could modify the installer template(s): https://tauri.app/v1/guides/building/windows#customizing-the-wix-installer-template :/ |

Sorry for the delay on my answer, I would like to have the option to have separated names for the installer, the app name (the name that shows on Windows Menu) and the process name. Applied to my case, it would look like this:

This is the problem actually. The installer is what registers it to the system and in the start menu etc, so if it doesn't support it, it'll get tricky. I guess we'll need a config to change the |
