I have managed to get the wacom-gui program to work, but when I do so I get a message stating that it cannot find information for Wacom Cintiq Pro 24 P.

After that, the application works without problems.

Are you using the rc19 version, or an earlier version? If you run it from the command line any error messages would be appreciated.

I have also encountered the following message: Device information for "Wacom Cintiq Pro 24 PT" not found.

I was running 0.3.0-rc19 on Manjaro from command line. The error message displayed in Terminal said: Unable to load library icui18n "Cannot load library icui18n: (icui18n: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)"

If I clicked "ok" on the pop-up window twice, the gui will open but only "kpress Key Remo" will be listed in the Tablet row.

I have the same issue and same error message, it was working excellent before I upgraded my Archlinux and this package.
from icu-68.2-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst
to icu-69.1-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst

The only error I saw was:
Unable to load library icui18n "Cannot load library icui18n: (icui18n: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)"

I cannot find any other error messages, I tried to link the older icu-68 lib:
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/wacom-lib/usr/lib/ python2 /opt/wacom-gui-0.3.0-rc19/wacom-gui/wacom-gui.py --load
but no result.
It seems python should be linked with syspath.

I am not sure what package is using this library and if this is the problem? any help would be appreciated

Linux 5.10.35-1-lts
python2-pyqt4 4.12.3-5
wacom-gui-0.3.0-rc19
python 2.7.18-3
