Can not connect to Proconnect if account was deactivated and recreated #3

If an Tchap account was deactivating, the external identity keeps linked to this account.

User can not create a new account with the email used in the deactivated account

steps to reproduce :

  • create account with PC with email E
  • deactivate it
  • recreate with Tchap with same email E
  • login with PC
    -> does not work
