Using Bone Meal on Dragon Roots with one Dragon Fruit does not prioritize growing a second Dragon Fruit

Using Bone Meal on Dragon Roots with one Dragon Fruit already growing on it does not prioritize growing a second Dragon Fruit. Instead, interacting with Bone Meal causes the Dragon Fruit to be harvested from the Dragon Roots. This is inconsistent with other plants that are harvested by right-clicking, such as Sweet Berry Bushes, where right-clicking with Bone Meal will only harvest the plant when it is fully grown and cannot be Bone Mealed any further. This makes it impossible to grow two Dragon Fruits on the same Dragon Roots by using Bone Meal.
