moody and cheerful cherry saplings, pine's sapling, and wisteria's saplings ghost block when they grow into a tree, only seems to affect multiplayer and relogging fixes the ghost blocks

top picture is before relog, bottom is after

Cannot reproduce, must be a mod incompatibility
