Error:

Aug 24 12:02:29 AM  django.db.utils.IntegrityError: update or delete on table "core_user" violates foreign key constraint "shared_data_dataentry_created_by_id_3f6ddd0e_fk_core_user_id" on table "shared_data_dataentry"
Aug 24 12:02:29 AM  DETAIL:  Key (id)=(...) is still referenced from table "shared_data_dataentry".
