Implement storymaps autosave

1. Create a story map
2. provide no title
3. make other edits (subtitle, add chapters)
4. see issue
   Expected outcome
   see "saving draft" and "draft saved"
   Actual outcome
   seeSave failed, trying to connect

Remove reference to "view published story map" for story maps that have not been published

I noticed an issue we hadn't thought through, and Derek is writing a bug report for it. So it doesn't block pushing this work. Nice job Jose!
