Allow a viewer to click points on a specific story map to reveal popovers with data:

Background

A user has created a story map to show support centers for flooding in Chennai.

The story map pulls from a data map. (To view the map, you must join this landscape.)

The data map allows the user to click on points to reveal data, as you can see below.

The user wants the story map to have the same functionality as the data map - they want the viewer to be able to click on points on the map and reveal popovers.

Sharing with Jose for the moment, to get his feedback once he returns from Vacation.
