[feat] add the option to use the native ipfs links without ipfs gateway, bonus: ipfs gateway selector

Describe the problem

It would be nice if a visitor could opt-out of using the our default ipfs gateway and use native ipfs:// links.

Describe the solution you'd like

This could be in the same form of the tezos node selector for example. Some could be "CDN" (what we're using now) "nftstorage.link", "cf-ipfs.com", "ipfs.io" and "native". This last option would not replace the ipfs:// links with a gateway. In that case the visitor would be able to use a browser addon (like for example ipfs-companion).
