Describe the bug

Improve "search" function. Doesn't work woth tz address search. Doesn't work unless full, complete, perfectly typed name is entered. Doesn't not work woth partial name look up. Hampers discovery.

It's possible to use % wildcards, but normal visitors usually don't know that

Quick fix would be to wrap the search term with %search% by default.
