Release tags missing on official Fiware DockerHub #72

Looking at here: https://hub.docker.com/r/fiware/lightweightm2m-iotagent/tags/, it looks like release tags are missing from official Fiware DockerHub.

This prevents users to pull the specific (tested) release of the agent.
