Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Telegram on the display in portrait mode
  2. Right-click to open the menu

Expected behaviour

The layout remains intact, all buttons are accessible, and the menu is not cut off

Actual behaviour

See the screenshot of the broken menu

oh, sorry, i meant "open Telegram on the display in portrait mode", which is when the monitor is rotated 90 degrees and positioned vertically

in general, this is an old bug, I have been observing it for about a year, this is not a breakdown in new versions
