Package build change /usr/bin/galicaster arguments not passed on

Having installed the Galicaster .deb from the repository, when running $ galicaster --version the version switch (or any argument) isn't passed to run_galicaster.py. Running $ run_galicaster.py --version works, but not $ galicaster --version.
I added this at the end of the description for PR 557 but it doesn't seem to have made it into the package building process yet.

Oh, I definitely missed that detail. I will add it and make sure next release includes it
