Multiple same answers in deck?

Hi I wanted to create a deck for a topic where I would have a lot of Definitions, but also a lot of multiple possible Definitions of stuff with basically the same answer, and I was wondering if I choose the Multiple choice Testing, does that in any way check that duplicate answers (answers with exactly the same text) would not appear?
