QQ频道申请加入一直不通过，故在此提问

问题

配置页面
我填写的消息url：a.aaa.cn/image （域名随便写的）

域名已经备案
效验文件已经存在于a.aaa.cn/10****.json ，并放了一份在a.aaa.cn/image/10****.json 且使用浏览器均可以访问到
为要求的https协议
国内服务器ip直接解析访问和套了cf解析访问均不行

以上操作后，但仍然提示下载校验文件失败
