Assert that the registering of liblognorm logging callback methods are working as intended in java. Implement the required functionality to tests for accessing the log outputs that the callback functions output from liblognorm.

Debug logging of liblognorm outputs memory information, which must be taken into account in assertions as they differ between each run.
