I want to translate this into a Korean document, can I do it?

You sure can, two things:

we'd have to set up the docs repo to handle translations if you're going to do all the docs
we're not going to support react 18 and above, so you may feel like this is wasted effort as we move the community to use renderHook in @testing-library/react
