Quick E Quip fails to give plasteel and still takes points for Engi

Description

The vendor gives you every other item in your loadout except the plasteel which it should give you 70 of in your engineer storage module where it also gives you your metal.

2. Select the Engineer Standard loadout
3. You are not given the plasteel
