on the command
cordova plugin add https://github.com/hkalina/cordova-plugin-kiosk.git
I'm getting:
Failed to fetch plugin https://github.com/hkalina/cordova-plugin-kiosk.git via registry
FetchError : reason: connect ECONNREFUSED 66.81.199.53:443

I have no problem running wget https://www.cnn.com for instance.
I will retry later on.
