2024 IAWes is incorrectly marked as an EightAlliance playoffs from upstream

From upstream, FRC-Events API, offseason event 2024iawes is being reported incorrectly as an EightAlliance event. The event ran with four alliances of three teams.

This breaks the display of playoff results and the bracket on the event page.

Looks like the matches display accurately now, yeah. On my end, the bracket doesn't show the finals correctly though.

Matches display correctly* (edit: grouped in the wrong rounds though) on my end. Yesterday, the bracket was rendering correctly for four alliances minus the finals, which was just a placeholder. Today, it has regressed back to an 8 alliance bracket, but the finals are rendered correctly.

This is the annoying thing where updating from FRC Events overwrites our settings... we don't have a good way of dealing with this at the moment.
