Double 2020 Texas and Indiana District Pages (Blanks)

There appears to be double (blank) pages for the 2020 Texas and Indiana Districts

1. I first noticed this by seeing duplicate "FIRST in Texas" and "FIRST Indiana Robotics" listings in the drop-down menu on the 2020 Events page: https://i.imgur.com/ZyFocsZ.png

2. Doing a bit more digging, I found the following:

• 2020 Texas district events are listed on this page: https://www.thebluealliance.com/events/tx. However, this empty entry also exists: https://www.thebluealliance.com/events/fit

• 2020 Indiana district events are listed on this page: https://www.thebluealliance.com/events/in. However, this empty entry also exists: https://www.thebluealliance.com/events/fin

3. What's additionally interesting for the Indiana case is that both the "/in" and "/fin" pages have listings for 2015 - 2018, while the 2019 "/fin" entry is nonexistent. This is not the case for Texas - "/tx" exists for both 2019 and 2020, while the blank "/fit" page only exists for 2020.

4. Lastly, the Indiana and Texas listings for all years appear to have 2020 listed twice, with a text overlap issue also present for all Indiana pages: https://i.imgur.com/2IgjO7u.png
