Honestly a command that sent a message to a public room would be ridiculous but people are terrible at reporting issues. Maybe some horrible centralized metrics collecting platform would be better but sounds evil.

The point is there's probably a lot of issues we never hear about due to survivorship bias.

Maybe not a public room but maybe dm's as a ticketing system possibly, doesn't matter.
