My issue is simple, the insurgency server dont want to load the sourcemod at all, no mention in console.

Okay, I got sourcemod to work by a small workaround. How do I edit the welcome/chat messages so they fit my needs?

Is it the announcements plugin you're referring to? If so, there's a cfg for that
