REX job to install eportal #66

We should have a simple remote execution job which is able to install the kernelcare ePortal.

The common use of kernelcare is to use the eportal. it is responsible to deliver the kernel patches.

The installation must use the “cache” method so that not all millions of kernel patches are downloaded.
