purpose: it would be better to remove jam tracking from the chat synced rooms. they serve different purposes, and people would like to be able to tune their notification settings accordingly. ultimately it makes little sense to combine them into 1 room.

Plus, the "jam tracking" notification doesn't feel like it needs to be separated by room, at least for the moment. It would help clarify the jam notificiations being sent to maj7 as well.

not exactly certain how to work out the minute details properly yet (for example if 2 people are in separate rooms, are they considered playing together?)
