Dependency errors in Survey.xls

In survey.xls I think there are some errors in the dependency column. The questionnaire seems to work despite these.

In the Questions Tab in the spreadsheet on row Q49, the value Q48 is missing in the dependency column. Despite this Q49 is only asked if there is a positive answer to Q48.

In row Q57 the value in the dependency column is not needed as Financial oversight is a new Activity so the value Q56 could be deleted.
