When signing up you get a question that is "What do you shop for? Select one" and the options are, you guessed it, Women's and Men's. Seems stuff is filtered out when making this selection. Will suggest a "show me everything" option to them.

Signing up on the desktop website doesn't ask you for gender, but when you go into settings, it assumes you're male. Changing to female drastically changes the selection on the front page. Will test out the mobile signup process soon.
