I completely innerderstand a lot of the comments maybe are unnecessary and I'm sure this is nothing new and I apologize on the behalf of the collective community.
It seems to me that it would be not only appreciate it but at this point it is only the correct thing to do to give us some idea of where things are at maybe you don't know, what a big deal this may be to some people including myself to all of a sudden have essentially my bank account in accessible meaning I am stuck in a very difficult position not able to pay bills and so on.
There's no blame here I know technical issues come up and I take responsibility for having all my eggs in one basket but I still would like to hear where the fix is at, possible ETA and if that's not possible just expressed that to us.

Thanks for the follow up. We are already in communication with the Trezor team regarding what would be the best approach to address this issue. There are a couple options that we are evaluating. We will keep the community posted as we are making progress. Meanwhile, if you need to access your tokens before we roll out the fixes, you can you can import your Trezor seed phrase to a Ledger device, then use the Theta Web wallet to access your Theta wallet address that way.
