Using it:

• I got "make doc" working, but I haven't bothered to check if it's
  readable. demo.html should become a more full featured example.

Compiling it:

• I opted not to include gwt in the repo, which means people have to
  set it up themselves. Gotta explain the gwt symlink they need to
  create.

tmt will now now automatically download and extract gwt for users if they want it to. I think that's an acceptable solution. Documentation does still need to happen.
