geom_mark_ellipse() with uneven number of points per factor

I want to use geom_mark_ellipse to indicate the area with 95% of points for each factor. From what I have read, the closest argument would be n. However, my factors have an unequal number of members in each group. All suggestions and recommendations are welcome.
