Styling HTML tables?

Hi @thombashi,

I was wondering I could I style an HTML table?

The table is rendering without borders and I just wanted to add them, but can't find where.

Unfortunately, borders are not supported as style for now.

One way to achieve that is:

1. output an HTML table by pytablewriter
2. adding CSS (with borders) manually to the table
