The second new coding block under the results section needs to be updated with the following:

plastic trays need to be done in the same way as total and concrete containers
plot index/cutoff point versus number of successful /unsuccesful species in the plastic trays/concrete containers/total as illustrated in the coding loop

This graph is of the count of all seedlings on November 28th so all the data is directly comparable.
