Bug description

PostgreSQL metrics in stage and prod are broken

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to stage metrics or prod metrics
  2. See that many metrics are marked as unavailable.

Actual behavior

Empty graphs

Expected behavior

All metrics available

Additional context

#2189

Production

metrics exposed by PostgreSQL as well as those created by thoth-station/metrics-exporter are unavailable

Stage

thoth-station/metrics-exporter metrics are available, but metrics exposed by PostgreSQL are not
