QSFS0.0.9: helm chart for kubernetes deployment

We need an easy way to deploy the qsfs in kubernets. A helm chart should do, however since this is actually storage, we might want to consider some kind of storage class. Perhaps iSCSI can serve as an example for this.

so actually a csi provider with a crd ( Custom Resource Definition) to define the storagepool ( zdb's) and indeed a seperate storage-class to create PVC's ( persistent storage claims)
