Serve the dist files in GitHub pages

Work in progress(WIP)

  • tried to use the github pages otion in settings, but it can only serve from root and docs dir
  • tried to use dh-pages packages and added a deploy command in package.json but it gives 404 error
  • tried to use a workflow to serve using dist and it gives 404 error
