Following #74 :

Some places where we use templates are not translated
- Chapter titles
- "Book 1", "Chapter 2" buttons (I worked around it for now)
Night mode button has its text hardcoded in the JS file
The CSS for the header is a bit broken for languages other than English (the middle part gets shifted)
