Add home page component

This should include:

• Based on supplied community (part of path)
• Based on optional author prop
• A community message (e.g. You will need to have BepInExPack and R2API installed before you can use other mods.)
• A mod search, filter and sort section (Thunderstore v1 view shown in Fig. 1)
• A mod list view using cards
  • This should also show the community's "pinned" mods
  • Card
    • Mod icon
    • Download count
    • Upvotes count
    • Mod name
    • Mod author
    • Mod description
    • Last updated
  • Pagination

This does not include the actual mod info pages. Mod cards should not link to anything.

This should not be part of / anymore (Thunderstore v1) due to communities being part of the path instead of domain.
