EDK2 project for starters

For beginners, it might be hard at first to under stand how EDK's build system work and how to build the first UEFI app.
For this exact reason, I have created a project that briefly explains EDK's build system and it warps EDK2's build system in Cmake, so it is very easy to compile UEFI apps.
