Use case: I'm working on a coreboot port for a ryzen AM4 desktop board and I'd like to try my hand at using
SourceLevelDebugPkg on it with https://github.com/night199uk/edk2-gdb-server but as it does not connect
I wanted to try the 'real deal' to see if that improves things.

https://github.com/tianocore/edk2/blob/master/SourceLevelDebugPkg/Readme.txt#L6
https://firmware.intel.com/develop/intel-uefi-tools-and-utilities/intel-uefi-development-kit-debugger-tool is 404 and
redirects to https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/topic-technology/firmware/overview.html
which as far as I can see does not does not contain any download for the intel udk tools (linux or windows).
