用一个 express 服务器来提供静态文件，从而统计下载量 #133

目前应该是直接作为静态文件直接提供下载，如果用一个服务器程序挡一下，就可以统计下载量、访问量，存到本地 tiddlers/文件夹里的一个json文件里，就可以在网页上展示下载量了

Matomo, Google Analysis, 百度统计等可以为网站埋点

有服务器都不需要他们了，而且他们无法统计下载量
