When someone messages me and they aren't already a known "buddy", their full name and presence information aren't shown. It would be really useful to make this work.

I've filed https://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/17295 to attempt to deal with this, but some work in the PRPL is probably also required (as well as validating whatever approach we take in Pidgin, to ensure it works nicely with SIPE)
