taxonomy csv download contains non-UTF8 characters #100

On downloading the asm mammal diversity database as a csv file, non-UTF8 characters are found.

Steps to reproduce:

on https://mammaldiversity.org/, click on "download full taxonomy here"
open asm-species-2020-01-12.csv with UTF8 encoding

Expected:

Common names like "Yucatán Black Howler Monkey" appear

Actual:

Common names like "Yucat�n Black Howler Monkey" appear (notice the � character).

Note that when opening the csv file with ISO-8859-1 encoding the expected common name appears.
