It's not dead. I'm intending to do some work on Rangy but it hasn't been my priority for a good few months. I should have some free time next week; I'll start looking at what needs to be done and prioritize. Getting the demo pages working will be right up there.

I created a clone of this project called rangy-updated here. (see #458 ) that accepts PRs and collaborators.
